Terms of Service for Griefer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Griefer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

  1. Purpose: Griefer allows users to create a single bio link that can be used across multiple platforms to reference various content or links.

  3. Users are prohibited from using their Griefer pages to advertise or promote services or products that directly compete with Griefer or its affiliates.
  4. Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Responsibility

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Sales and Refunds

  1. All Sales Final: All purchases made through Griefer are final. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or for any other reason.

6. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of Griefer, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Griefer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Griefer Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Griefer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

  1. Griefer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
